My WashBoard Ai began with a challenge I experienced firsthand as a car wash General Manager: managing a team meant managing several different apps.
Between training employees, updating numbers, coaching, developing leaders, and tracking performance, I had a lot on my plate. The information I needed was spread across different systems, and finding reports took time away from supporting my team.
I wanted one place to manage daily operations, understand performance, and see where my team needed help. That need became the inspiration for My WashBoard Ai.
